Fresh Fit London Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing the services of Fresh Fit London (“FFL”) and starting or furthering your exercise journey with us. By using the services of FFL, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. They are therefore important so please review this form to acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following information.
In order to maximise your progress, it is important to follow program guidelines, both during training hours and beyond. We believe that you get back what you put in so please work with your trainer to identify how you can maximise your results.
Regularity of training
In order to develop health and fitness, it is important that the client commits to their personal training sessions on a regular basis and avoids taking regular or protracted breaks from training.
Length of session
Sessions will last for between 55-60 minutes, at the trainer’s discretion.
Sessions start from the agreed upon time between client and trainer. Lateness or failure to be prepared to trained upon the agreed time does not entitle the client to a session beyond the agreed time. Where clients are running late they should raise this with their trainer as early as possible. Where clients are over 15 minutes late, the trainer has the discretion to consider the session cancelled.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all booked appointments otherwise the client will forfeit the session and full and prompt payment incurred, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Block bookings of five, ten or twenty personal training sessions may be made at the client’s discretion. Blocks of five sessions must be used within six weeks from date of payment. Blocks of ten sessions must be used within 10 weeks. Blocks of 20 must be used within four months. All block bookings are non-refundable.
The client is required to fully disclose in the relevant questionnaires supplied all information medical or otherwise that is pertinent to the services provided.
