Fresh Fit's founder George is a personal trainer with a unique story. Three years chained to a desk was enough to teach him that corporate law was never destined to be his calling. Having grown increasingly interested in athletic pursuits and adrenaline more generally, he decided to cast off his shackles and re-train.

Just under three years later, George is now busy getting the best out of others. He's amassed over 1500 hours of private client and group training work and is fast becoming one of East London's leading endorphin junkies. A PT magazine expert and author on the We Heart Living website, he's provided exercise campaign advice to Adidas, has worked with paralympian clients as well as and overseen numerous weightloss and body transformations.

Qualifications besides a LLB now include padwork, suspension training and pre and post natal work for all you baby mamas. He's coupled this with a promising sideline in nutrition and advanced weight management - you never did see anyone out train a bad diet. As well as physical conditioning, George is busy discovering the benefits of spoken therapy, a passion he continues to explore as he studies for a masters in Psychotherapy at Birkbeck College.
